Job summary

Birchmere Group in Fort Meade, MD seeks a Contract Maintenance Professional Level 3 to support government contracting efforts. You will draft modifications, monitor funding, track costs, and ensure compliance with contract terms while coordinating with the Government Contract Manager and CORs.

Responsibilities include preparing TTOs and funding tables, reviewing invoices, analyzing burn rates, and reporting on contractor performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of DoD/IC or commercial contract management or finance experience with a business-focused Bachelor’s degree.
• In lieu of degree, CFCM or CDFM or DAWIA Level I in Contracting and Program Management plus 3 years related experience can substitute.
• In lieu of certification, an additional 2 years related experience may substitute.
• Experience tracking programs/projects/contracts in cost, schedule, and performance.
• Experience writing completion tasks.
• Experience with award-fee incentivized contracts.
• Experience using NSA’s financial management system and interfaces (FACTS/CMIS) preferred.
• Intermediate MS Excel with pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Responsibilities

• Update burn rates and track funding to match contract requirements.
• Review and process contract documents, including modifications and TTOs.
• Track contract funding against goals and milestones.
• Prepare CDRL items and funding tables; de-obligation forms.
• Analyze cost estimates and ensure alignment with burn rate analysis.
• Monitor contractor performance and report discrepancies to GCM.
