U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking a Contract Governance Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of health care technology contracts from award through closeout.

You will coordinate with COs, program officials, cybersecurity, and finance to ensure performance, funding, and deliverables align with mission needs. Qualificações

• Knowledge of federal post-award contract governance and performance monitoring.
• Experience in tracking deliverables, funding, invoicing, and period of performance.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Leads an assigned portfolio of contracts and task orders after award; acts as primary contact for coordination, status, and progress.
• Monitors contractor performance against contract requirements; documents concerns and risks.
• Tracks deliverables with due dates, review outcomes, acceptance status, and follow-up actions.
• Supports Contracting Officer's Representatives with performance information and status tracking; does not replace contracting authority.
• Maintains funding, invoicing, ceilings, and periods of performance; identifies expiring funds and escalates issues.
• Reviews invoices against delivered products/services and raises discrepancies for resolution.
• Prepares accurate performance, deliverable, funding, and period-of-performance data to support contract actions.
• Supports closeout by ensuring deliverables, funding reconciliation, and complete records.
• Coordinates with program officials, requirement owners, and technical staff to verify delivered work meets operational needs.
• Coordinates with Cybersecurity Compliance Office to ensure cybersecurity and privacy obligations are carried through.
• Coordinates with Portfolio Management Office to reflect milestones, dependencies, funding, and risks in enterprise schedules.
• Identifies and escalates performance, funding, schedule, and compliance risks with recommended actions.
• Maintains retrievable, protected contract records.
• Assists fellow CGPMs when needed while maintaining accountability.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
