Job summary

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) IHSC seeks a Program Manager/Contracting Officer's Representative to oversee healthcare staffing contracts, manage budgets, and drive performance improvements.

You will coordinate with the Contracting Officer, contractors, and program leadership to ensure timely, compliant contract execution. The role emphasizes strategic program leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with ICE and IHSC stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualifying degree in a relevant field (e.g., MPH, MA, MS) with 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Experience managing federal contracts, especially healthcare or staffing programs.
• Familiarity with FAR, contract compliance, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as COR for IHSC contracts, providing contract oversight and coordination with the COR, contractors, and program leadership.
• Monitor contractor performance, business metrics, and deliverables; manage budgets, invoices, and risk.
• Lead strategic program management, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and operational needs.
