Job summary

Acxiom seeks an Expert Contract Development Manager to lead drafting and end-to-end management of a wide range of commercial agreements, from standard contracts to multi-million-dollar solutions. Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and deliver complex commercial contracts and agreement packages.
• Own and manage the contracting process from initiation through execution.
• Serve as primary liaison among business stakeholders, legal, finance, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate negotiations and mediate to resolve contractual issues and support deal progression.
• Lead contract review, approval, and compliance processes per policies.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop negotiation strategies and evaluate positions.
• Identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Build understanding of business operations and decision-making processes.
• Provide guidance on contracting standards, processes, and best practices.
• Educate sales and opportunity teams on contract requirements and processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain contract development and administration procedures.
• Create and maintain contract templates for Acxiom's offerings.
• Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition, pricing, discounting, risk management.
• Monitor client feedback and market trends related to contract terms and suggest improvements.
