Job summary

The GEO Group, Inc. seeks a Manager, Contract Compliance ICE to lead contract compliance audits, ensure adherence to corporate and client policies, and coordinate audits across facilities. This role acts as a liaison to clients and supervises compliance staff.

Ideal candidates will have strong writing skills, extensive experience in corrections/compliance, and the ability to travel as needed. This is a full-time on-site position based in the Charlotte area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in corrections or related field.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong writing, IT literacy, and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract compliance audits and reporting for assigned facilities.
• Coordinate quarterly facility reviews and ACA/PREA efforts with regional teams.
• Serve as liaison between facilities and the corporate office; mentor staff and develop Compliance Administrators.
