The GEO Group is a global leader in evidences-based rehabilitation, seeking a Compliance Administrator for our facility. The role focuses on compliance and accreditation, developing instruments and reports to monitor performance.

You will communicate rules across the facility, liaise on audits, and drive process improvements. This full-time position offers career growth within GEO's support for client partners.

Responsibilities

• The Compliance Administrator reviews and assesses all functional areas within the facility to identify compliance issues.
• Develops effective instruments to determine whether departments are in compliance.
• Meets with department managers to determine whether the area is in compliance with the organization, contracting client, and/or outside party. When non-compliant, partners with department managers to develop strategies to gain compliance.
• Serves as the facility’s subject matter expert in compliance and accreditation policies and guidelines.
