Western Midstream in The Woodlands, TX seeks a Senior Contract Analyst to support contracts across commercial and marketing agreements, from creation to management. You will advise on DOA, draft agreements, and guide junior analysts.

Core duties include coordinating with legal and commercial teams, ensuring compliance, and managing contract data for accounting and audits. Travel up to 5% and a 9/4 work schedule in-office in The Woodlands.

Formación

• 5+ years in midstream oil and gas customer-facing contracts
• Understands complex midstream contract terms and provisions
• Demonstrates initiative and leadership to bring team to results
• Independent, judgment-driven delivery of non-standard documentation
• Proficient in presenting material to management and resolving issues

Responsabilidades

• Provide contracts analysis support across diverse contracts and operations
• Draft standard and non-standard agreements from templates and precedents
• Advise on DOA compliance and oversee DOA process for junior analysts
• Prepare standard counterparty notifications
• Support monthly producer settlements with contract data and analyses
• Communicate terms and solutions to interdisciplinary teams
• Manage deadlines and material terms for the area of support
• Coordinate data entry and transfers with other departments
• Serve as a Salesforce-type document management user across teams
• Extract contractual and operational metadata from contracts
• Prepare reports for audits and commercial counterparts as needed
• Mentor less experienced employees and participate in team meetings
