Qualifications

• Experience with midstream energy industry contracts and related functions (real estate, IT, operations).
• Experience in reading, interpreting, and negotiating complex legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prepare, review, and process complex legal documents.
• Review documents for adherence to contract terms, policies, and regulations.
• Negotiate contract terms with external stakeholders as required.
• Maintain and update contract management data in systems and imaging databases.
