Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent procurement experience required.
• Experience developing and administering RFPs/quotes, specifications and contracts.
• Procurement certifications must be obtained within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract life cycle from proposal to close-out for assigned procurements.
• Lead negotiations for changes, claims and contract modifications with contractors.
• Advise customers on procurement policies and contract interpretation.
• Mentor junior Contract Administrators in procurement actions and activities.
