Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; four years of procurement experience acceptable in lieu.
• Experience leading end-to-end procurements from RFP to close-out and contract administration.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full contract life cycle from proposal through close-out for complex procurements.
• Coordinate solicitation processes, bid/proposal evaluations, and award actions.
• Negotiate terms, resolve protests, and advise internal customers on policy and contract interpretation.
• Mentor junior Contract Administrators to ensure efficient procurement actions.
