Universal Health Services, headquartered in King of Prussia, PA, seeks a Contract Administrator to support IPM and the Managed Care team. You will review payer agreements, maintain contract metadata, and work with Revenue Cycle to resolve contract issues across 13 markets.

Responsibilities include maintaining contract files, coordinating signatures, and ensuring contracts become effective only after full execution. Minimal travel may be required.

Formación

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in contract administration or managed care.
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with managed care contracts for physician groups.
• Strong organizational, analytical, prioritization and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist IPM with contract and rate maintenance using SharePoint and analytics databases.
• Enter and maintain contract files; ensure metadata and executed versions are current.
• Coordinate contract signatures and ensure contracts are fully executed before effective date.
• Serve as liaison with Revenue Cycle, Market Managers, and internal departments to resolve payer issues.
