Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking an Associate Contract Support Analyst to join Corporate Supply Chain.

The role provides data and measurement support for contracting and sourcing initiatives across multiple categories, including data collection, contract loading in the repository, and document management. You will assist with contract reviews to ensure terms comply with UHS Legal and Business specifications, support RFPs, and help maximize program value through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Customer service oriented.
• High degree of Proficiency in Excel including Pivot Charts.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
• Strong project management skills.
• An understanding of general supply chain terms and conditions.
• Excellent written, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize, retain topic focus, and handle a high volume of work with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Obtains necessary data points and performs analytics for support of contract initiatives and monitoring of programs.
• Manages compliance to purchasing contracts, tracks rebate/incentive information.
• Coordinates investigation, review and implementation of products for program maximization.
• Performs contract management tasks including loading contracts in SharePoint and archiving documentation.
• Coordinates and implements tasks for complex projects, including documentation, meetings, and follow-up.
