Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 5+ years of federal government contract administration experience.
• Working knowledge of FAR and FAR supplements.
• Experience with diverse contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF, CPAF, IDIQ, GSA).
• Experience administering contracts through modifications and closeout.
• Ability to draft/negotiate subcontracts, NDAs, teaming agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review government solicitations and RFPS to identify risks.
• Support proposal development and ensure solicitation compliance.
• Administer contracts from award through performance and closeout.
• Negotiate modifications, terms, and customer communications.
• Serve as primary contractual point of contact for programs.
• Draft/negotiate NDAs, subcontracts, teaming and license agreements.
• Advise teams on performance issues, compliance, and risk.
• Maintain contract records and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Finance, Security, and Program teams.
• Mentor junior contracts professionals as experience grows.
