Job summary

You will coach teams, manage risks, and drive organizational change with significant independence. Responsibilities include leading multi-site projects, mapping value streams, and reporting performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher with seven-plus years leading CI/operational initiatives.
• Experience coordinating multiple departments, plants, or value streams.
• Coaching teams on COS/Lean-Six Sigma and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex COS and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and governance for projects.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor progress with dashboards and executive-level updates.
• Coach leaders and project teams in COS principles and methods.
• Drive sustained improvements in safety, quality, and cost.
