Carlisle is seeking a COS Project Specialist II to advance the Carlisle Operating System (COS) by leading CI initiatives across departments, value streams, and plant functions. The role delivers measurable results aligned with goals and helps build a culture of continuous improvement.

Working with the COS Manager and facility leadership, you will identify opportunities, execute improvement projects, and provide informed recommendations that align with COS standards.

Formación

• Requires an Associate’s degree in Operations, Purchasing, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a business/manufacturing setting with Lean and Six Sigma exposure.
• Ability to apply CI tools to real-world operational problems and lead projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute small to mid-scale CI initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Identify, scope, prioritize opportunities within the facility and across value streams.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to analyze challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
• Track and report project performance including savings and KPI improvements.
