Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a COS Project Manager II to lead high-impact continuous improvement initiatives across multiple plants and functions. The role applies Lean, Six Sigma, COS, and project management to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and overall performance.

You will coach teams, manage risks, and drive sustained organizational change while coordinating across departments with strong leadership support. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight+ years in CI, OE, manufacturing or operations.
• Experience leading complex multi-site improvement initiatives across functions.
• Proven coaching and change leadership abilities.
• Strong data analysis, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact COS and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments and plants.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, and governance for projects.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process redesign activities.
• Monitor performance, savings, risks, and sustainment; report to leadership.
• Coach leaders and project teams on COS principles and Lean/Six Sigma tools.
