Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven leadership in Continuous Improvement.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is preferred.

• Drive 5x+ of compensation package in delivered annual savings.
• Lead continuous improvement culture and CI program roadmap.
• Collaborate with site leadership to set priorities aligned with corporate objectives.
• Support site and company savings targets for CI efforts.
