Job summary

Lyons Magnus is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the strategic direction and sustainment of the company's CI program at the Walton, KY site (and Westlake, OH). You will drive waste elimination, customer satisfaction, and value creation across manufacturing, maintenance, warehousing, and sales.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of CI leadership, with Lean/Six Sigma expertise; travel up to 25% and a day shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 2+ years of CI leadership experience.
• Strong Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or equivalent continuous improvement competencies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and sustainment of continuous improvement systems and implementations.
• Drive savings targets and develop a CI roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with site leadership to prioritize initiatives and execute priorities.
