Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven leadership in Continuous Improvement.
• Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or other CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive 5x+ of compensation package in delivered annual savings.
• Lead CI program roadmap and execution across sites.
• Collaborate with site leadership to set priorities aligned with corporate objectives.
• Support site and company savings targets for CI efforts.
