Job summary

The role requires a BA/BS in a related field, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and at least 5 years of CI experience, with strong facilitation skills. Hybrid work schedule; local residency preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Healthcare, Statistics, Informatics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Lean/Six Sigma Blackbelt/Master Blackbelt Certification or advanced training.
• Minimum of 5 years of Continuous Improvement experience with lean tools.
• Proven team facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads system-wide strategic improvement projects to redesign processes impacting quality and patient care.
• Engages senior leaders and staff to apply lean and six sigma to eliminate waste and improve value.
• Assembles the right team for end-to-end project implementation and sustainability.
• Uses a data-driven approach with KPIs, data collection, monitoring and analysis.
• Facilitates effective team meetings and develops problem-solving approaches (A3 thinking).
