As the department’s primary liaison for cross‑functional, enterprise‑level process work, you will translate ambiguous business problems into measurable operational improvements and own projects from scoping to realization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the insurance industry.
• Extensive experience in operational process work spanning multiple departments.
• Knowledge of Americo's business process systems and formal system testing and process-improvement concepts.
• Ability to assess a process or problem, develop an effective recommendation, and execute it through to deployment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.

• Engagement Leadership: Initiates, plans, and manages continuous improvement engagements from preparation through post-engagement assessment.
• Process Optimization Ownership: Evaluates process flows for improvement and crafts strategies to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Enterprise Coordination: Supports enterprise-level projects across planning, initiation, analysis, and evaluation.
• Advanced Analysis and Reporting: Conducts data analysis and mapping to identify obstacles and opportunities and tracks KPI impact.
• Deployment Accountability: Executes approved recommendations through to successful production deployment and verifies realized benefits.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Updates stakeholders, gathers feedback, and liaises with host business units for questions and concerns.
