Onward Search is partnering with a respected apparel brand to place a Content Strategist on a contract basis. The role focuses on shaping digital storytelling, product features, and brand experiences across channels while working remotely to align with PST hours.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in content strategy, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and uses data to guide decisions and governance across digital assets and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in content strategy or digital experience strategy.
• Proven success in creating content plans that drive engagement and conversions.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping, content governance, information architecture, and content operations.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into effective content requirements and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead content assessments using insights and analytics to identify gaps and future needs across customer touchpoints.
• Develop and execute content strategies that highlight product features and reinforce brand values across digital channels.
• Convert business goals and customer needs into actionable content plans with sequencing recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, UX, and production teams to align content with objectives and improve customer outcomes.
• Establish content frameworks, templates, and governance to ensure consistency and scalability across digital platforms.
