Job summary

Mars Incorporated in the United States is seeking a Sr. Manager, Content Operations to lead end-to-end content production for a major brand portfolio.

You will optimize operating models, manage a team of five, and partner with MarTech, planning, agencies and production partners to deliver scalable, high quality assets on time and within budget. You will drive governance, define standards, and develop talent while managing budgets and vendor relationships across brands.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in content production, creative operations, or integrated production management.
• Experience with multi-brand portfolios and senior partner relationships.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale production with budget stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content production across assigned portfolio with strong governance.
• Define operating standards and ensure timely, on-budget asset delivery.
• Cultivate partnerships with brand teams, agencies, and production vendors.
