VivoSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to drive end-to-end content strategy for life sciences and digital health initiatives. The role focuses on translating highly technical science into clear, credible content for pharma, biotech, and clinical research audiences.

The position oversees content across web, social, email, and events, collaborates with Science, Commercial, Product, and Leadership, and requires a hands-on, independent work style in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B content marketing or integrated marketing experience.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, digital health technologies, and regulated environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities and a portfolio.
• Advanced WordPress knowledge and content management.
• Experience with HubSpot for email marketing and landing pages.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn organic content and paid campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a content strategy aligned with VivoSense priorities, brand, audiences, and customer journey.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and emails.
• Oversee WordPress website content, layouts, media, and troubleshooting; coordinate with external resources.
• Produce visual assets for LinkedIn campaigns, ads, blogs, and presentations using Adobe CC.
• Lead LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns: audience targeting, creative development, budgeting, and analysis.
• Plan conference collateral and campaigns; represent VivoSense at domestic and international events.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Collaborate with Science, Commercial, Product, and leadership to translate technical content.
