Job summary

Axion is seeking a Senior Content Marketer to turn complex manufacturing quality topics into compelling stories across LinkedIn, case studies, ebooks, and campaigns. You will shape Axion's narrative, build content strategy from the ground up, and collaborate with engineers, executives, and the marketing team.

You'll translate technical concepts, interview customers, and craft authentic content that resonates with audiences in industrial, aerospace, and medtech sectors.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, copywriting, or a closely related writing role.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across both short- and long-form content.
• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to uncover compelling stories and insights from customers and subject-matter experts.
• Ability to understand and translate complex technical topics for different audiences.
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including audience, positioning, messaging, and the marketing funnel.
• Experience using AI writing and productivity tools thoughtfully to support content creation and scale.
• Ability to operate independently and build structure in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Experience writing about technical, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or complex B2B topics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn conversations with customers, executives, engineers, and internal subject-matter experts into compelling LinkedIn posts, case studies, ebooks, campaigns, and other content.
• Translate complex manufacturing, quality, engineering, and technical concepts into clear and engaging stories.
• Own both short- and long-form writing while maintaining a distinctive and authentic Axion voice.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to brainstorm, accelerate, and scale content creation while maintaining strong editorial judgment and high-quality human-written work.
• Develop content with the full marketing funnel in mind, helping move audiences from initial awareness through consideration and engagement.
• Help define and build Axion's content narrative, voice, and approach from the ground up.
• Interview customers and subject-matter experts to uncover compelling stories, insights, and perspectives.
• Partner with the broader Marketing team and company leadership to identify opportunities for high-impact content.
