Axion, a Brooklyn-based innovator in quality intelligence for manufacturing, seeks a Senior Content Marketer. You’ll craft stories that resonate with engineers and executives, turning complex quality topics into engaging content across LinkedIn, case studies, ebooks, and campaigns.

You’ll shape Axion’s narrative from the ground up, collaborating with leadership to align messaging with the customer journey, and you’ll use AI tools thoughtfully to scale high-quality output.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in content marketing, editorial, or similar writing role.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling across short and long form.
• Strong interviewing skills to uncover stories and insights.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics for varied audiences.
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and funnel.
• Experience using AI writing tools to support content creation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• Turn conversations with customers and experts into compelling content.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, engaging stories.
• Own both short- and long-form writing with Axion's voice.
• Use AI thoughtfully to accelerate content creation while maintaining quality.
• Develop content across the marketing funnel from awareness to engagement.
• Help define Axion's content narrative and voice from the ground up.
• Interview customers to uncover stories, insights, and perspectives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and leadership on opportunities.
