Job summary

Catena Operations Ltd. seeks a Content Lead to develop and execute content strategies that fit brand portfolios and drive growth, visibility and engagement.

You will lead a team of editors and writers to deliver timely roadmaps for the brand websites. You will coordinate with SEO, Product, Marketing, Commercial and squad GM, optimize evergreen pages, ensure compliance, and guide writers to attract backlinks and improve keyword rankings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital content, SEO or editorial roles with increasing leadership responsibility
• 2+ years managing content teams, preferably in SEO affiliate marketing or iGaming
• Deep understanding of SEO, conversion funnels, and user analytics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to drive traffic, acquire backlinks, and improve keyword rankings

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the content strategy and editorial calendar while ensuring alignment with brand goals and squad OKRs
• Manage and execute quarterly and long-term content roadmaps, balancing new pages and updates
• Understand and manage the team budget; optimize spend to achieve goals
• Incorporate AI to streamline time-consuming tasks and workflows
• Collaborate with Life Cycle, Video, and Social Media teams to extend content reach and distribution
• Lead and mentor editors and writers, providing direction and development opportunities
• Ensure evergreen pages are accurate, compliant, and optimized for search
• Create or approve comprehensive content briefs, templates, and writing guides
• Work with SEO, Product, Marketing, Commercial, and squad GM to improve brand profitability
• Define KPIs and report progress; use data to inform future decisions
• Guide writers to attract natural backlinks and elevate visibility in iGaming
• Oversee content calendars for multiple brands and coordinate publishing timelines
• Ensure content quality aligns with brand, legal, regulatory, and company standards
