Job summary

Lingo.dev is seeking a content producer who owns the full content lifecycle—from drafting to distribution, measurement, and automation. You’ll craft blog posts, research pieces, newsletters, and product updates for both technical and non-technical readers.

You’ll interview founders, engineers, and customers, align stories with Lingo.dev’s positioning, and automate workflows with Claude and other tools. Expect a small team and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• You write in plain words, state facts, and cut every superlative and every sentence that carries no intention.
• You have published content that gained traction, including newsletters and posts that reached front pages.
• You code enough to automate your own workflow with scripting or small tools.
• You interview well and turn quotes into stories aligned with the company positioning.
• You write for engineers and non-technical readers with precision and clarity.
• Claude-based production is part of your daily workflow and you evaluate prompt quality.
• You know how to optimize content for Hacker News, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• You actively work with analytics to measure signups, citations, and backlinks, and report results.

Responsibilities

• Own content production and distribution across channels and formats.
• Write, publish, distribute the same day, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Measure performance and optimize distribution using analytics.
• Interview founders, engineers, and customers and turn quotes into a story.
