Late Checkout, LLC is seeking a Content Manager to own the content engine across X, LinkedIn, and the blog. You will drive strategy, manage the calendar, and ensure polished output by coordinating with designers and engineers when needed.
You will lead end-to-end processes from ideation to publication, adapt source material into on-brand content, and track performance across channels. Strong English writing and AI-tool fluency are essential for success.
Help shape the voice of the AI age. As our Content Manager, you will own LCA's content engine across X, LinkedIn, and the blog. You will run the strategy, hold the calendar, set the best practices for what we post, and own the last mile: getting pieces polished, getting designs made, running the relationship with our designers (and engineers) when needed, and producing and publishing.
Own the weekly content cadence: (e.g. 2 LinkedIn posts, 2 X posts, 1 blog-caliber thought leadership piece, and 1 client or partnership announcement per week)
Run the end-to-end content system: ideation, drafting, design coordination, publishing, and tracking
Brief and coordinate with our design team on carousels, covers, GIFs, and short-form video
Adapt source material (voice notes, transcripts, recordings) into polished, on-brand content
Manage content distribution across X, LinkedIn, the blog, and email via Kit
Edit and consult on other LCA content including video scripts and newsletters
Maintain a content backlog and keep the production board current
3+ years of experience in content writing and production, preferably in product design, technology, or a related field
Proven ability to run a content calendar independently, not just contribute to one
Strong command of English with the ability to write confidently across formats and audiences
Fluent in AI tools as a creative collaborator, with the judgment to keep a human in the loop
Comfortable working with voice notes and raw source material to produce clean, original content
Excellent communication skills and a bias toward proactive updates over waiting to be asked
Passionate about design, product, and the AI space with genuine points of view
A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
