We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Content Manager with an editor’s mindset to join our growing content team.

You will act as a critical layer between content generation and final delivery, leaning into AI-powered workflows and refining outputs with high editorial standards. Your work will be essential to improving scalability and content quality across the organization — not by rewriting everything from scratch, but by prompting better, editing smarter, and delivering publish-ready drafts.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the editorial lead within a content team, reviewing and refining AI-assisted drafts produced through automated workflows.

• Prompt, contextualize, and manipulate content workflows to generate high-quality drafts that require minimal rewriting.

• Provide structured and thoughtful feedback to help improve workflow effectiveness and guide less experienced writers.

• Ensure all content adheres to quality, voice, and structural guidelines — making it publish-ready with minimal friction.

• Collaborate closely with Managing Editors, other Content Managers, and product teams to optimize how workflows are used and improved.

• Help diagnose and communicate when a workflow is underperforming, and why — with clarity and precision.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in content writing, with at least 1–2 years in a content editor or editorial lead role.

• A clear editorial voice, with the ability to explain why content works or doesn't — and how to fix it.

• Deep understanding of content structure, flow, clarity, and voice, especially in marketing or product-driven environments.

• Strong interest in and aptitude for AI tools, prompt engineering, and automation in content creation.

• Ability to work fast, smart, and efficiently — turning "pretty good" drafts into excellent final pieces without extensive rewriting.

• A mindset of ownership and continuous improvement; you see workflows as tools to be optimized, not roadblocks to be avoided.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM-powered writing tools or content automation platforms.

• Background in journalism, editing, or content operations.

• Proven ability to scale content processes across teams or clients.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and data-informed content strategy.
