Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, leading copywriting, editing, and creative conception for USCIS recruitment materials. You will support stakeholder analyses, personas, and multi-channel communications for external audiences.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal/Public Trust; travel up to 10% is required. The role involves coordinating discussions with senior leaders and delivering high-quality materials on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or business-related field.
• 5+ years of experience writing, editing, proofreading, and creative conception for external marketing materials.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; adjudication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead copywriting, editing, proofreading, and creative concepting for USCIS recruitment materials.
• Support stakeholder analyses, personas, and journey maps for outreach efforts.
• Develop multi-channel communications products for internal and external audiences.
• Assist in preparing briefing materials and leading stakeholder discussions with senior leaders.
• Ensure timely delivery of multiple concurrent assignments with technical accuracy.
