Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment to develop communications materials and boost brand and product awareness for USCIS recruiting efforts. They will build awareness through targeted media campaigns and provide input on brand ideas and campaign design.

The role involves brand design support, developing and implementing campaigns, and delivering outcomes under the guidance of a Lead while aligning with program goals and stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Communications or business field.
• 2+ years of experience in communications, branding, marketing and/or public relations.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD “PUBLIC TRUST” before onboarding; active PUBLIC TRUST preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create communications materials.
• Support brand design efforts.
• Support creation of targeted media campaigns.
• Support tracking of campaign effectiveness/measures.
• Tailor communications for different personas.
• Support stakeholder interviews and analyses.
• Support current state analyses and gap analyses.
• Develop reports and presentations summarizing quantitative and qualitative assessments.
• Prepare for internal and external stakeholder discussions.
• Execute project tasks under the direction of a Lead.
• Develop comprehensive plans to implement program goals and keep resources on track.
