Qualifications

• 5+ years in content design with a portfolio in trust/safety or high-stakes accounts.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative mindset across teams; able to influence direction.
• Interest in online safety, gaming, and user-generated platforms.
• Willing to incorporate AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver UX content strategy for Accounts surfaces and flows from exploration to launch.
• Understand user needs across diverse users (young users to creators) to inform content design decisions.
• Define content strategy and roadmap for Accounts to improve safety and outcomes.
• Lead collaboration with product, design, researchers, engineers, and policy partners.
• Apply UX writing to high-stakes moments balancing legal/regulatory needs with clarity.
• Define and maintain content guidelines and reusable patterns with Design Systems.
• Communicate decisions clearly using data, empathy, and research insights.
• Advocate for high-quality content design and influence product direction.
• Shape team processes and ways of working for content across Groups.
• Identify and implement AI solutions to scale content quality.
