Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Content Design, UX Writing, Communications, HCI, or related field.
• 5+ years in content design with a portfolio in trust and safety, identity, accounts, or high-stakes experiences.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable content patterns and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and content strategy for complex workflows.
• Experience collaborating with product, design, research, engineering, and policy teams to influence decisions.
• Interest in online safety, gaming, and user-generated content platforms; openness to AI in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver UX content strategy and execution for Accounts surfaces and flows from exploration to launch.
• Understand user needs across age groups to inform content design decisions in safety and accounts.
• Define content strategy and roadmap for Accounts, improving safety and outcomes.
• Lead collaboration with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, and policy partners.
• Apply UX writing to high-stakes moments, balancing regulatory requirements with clarity.
• Define content guidelines and reusable patterns with Design Systems teams for consistency.
• Communicate decisions clearly using data, empathy, and research insights.
• Advocate for high-quality content design and influence product direction across Accounts.
• Shape team processes and cross-group content design operations.
• Identify and implement AI solutions to improve content quality and scale.
