Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Senior Content Designer to join the Accounts design team in shaping platform-level content for identity, access, and family experiences. You’ll own content strategy, craft scalable patterns, and partner with product, design, research, engineering, and policy to ensure clear, compliant experiences across accounts.

The role emphasizes trust and safety at scale, collaborating across teams, and exploring AI-enabled improvements to content quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Content Design, UX Writing, Communications, HCI, or related field
• 5+ years of content design experience with a portfolio in trust and safety
• Strong systems thinking and scalable content pattern experience
• User-centered design, information architecture, and complex workflows
• Experience collaborating with product, design, research, engineering, and policy teams
• Interest in online safety, gaming, user-generated content platforms, and privacy

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver UX content strategy and execution for Accounts surfaces and flows
• Understand user needs across age groups to inform content design
• Define content strategy and roadmap for Accounts to improve safety and outcomes
• Collaborate with product, design, research, engineering and policy partners
• Apply UX writing to high-stakes moments balancing legal and usability
• Define and maintain content guidelines and reusable patterns
• Communicate decisions with empathy, data, and reasoning
• Mentor peers and influence product direction across Accounts
• Shape team processes for content design across groups
• Identify and implement AI solutions to improve content quality and scale
