Job summary

Roblox Corporation is seeking a Senior Content Designer to join the Accounts design team. You will own UX content strategy for identity, account access and family experiences, guiding content from exploration to launch.

You’ll collaborate with product, design, engineering and policy partners to craft clear, compliant experiences, balancing safety, trust and usability across players, parents and creators worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Content Design, UX Writing, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content design with a portfolio in trust and safety, identity, accounts, or high-stakes experiences.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable content patterns for complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver UX content strategy for Accounts surfaces including identity and account access.
• Understand user needs across age groups to inform content design decisions.
• Define content strategy and roadmap for Accounts to improve safety and trust.
• Collaborate with product, design, researchers, engineers, and policy partners.
• Apply UX writing to high-stakes moments balancing legal requirements with clarity and usability.
• Maintain content guidelines and reusable patterns with the Design Systems team.
• Communicate decisions clearly using empathy, data and research insights.
• Mentor peers on content best practices and influence product direction across Accounts.
