Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Content Designer to bridge content and design, organizing content in meaningful ways and collaborating with designers, researchers, PMs, and engineers to simplify the user experience.

You will mentor juniors, run workshops, and lead design crits while aligning with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and enterprise CMS systems like Adobe Experience Manager or Contentful.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX writing, UX design or content design.
• 2+ years with Agile/lean UX and product management tools (Rally, Jira).
• 2+ years experience in web and app experiences.
• Experience with translation and transcreation best practices.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful).

Responsibilities

• Translate complex concepts into compelling, easy-to-follow design with content.
• Conduct UX research and champion data science to understand user behaviors and opportunities.
• Create content ecosystems for multiple channels, devices and touchpoints across user journeys.
• Lead other content strategists/designers in developing user stories and guiding priorities.
• Facilitate workshops and design crits and own content reviews across stakeholders.
