CVS Health is seeking a Senior Content Designer to shape the user experience at the intersection of content and design. You’ll translate complex health concepts into clear, actionable content and collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to improve journeys across web and app experiences.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in UX writing/design, proficiency with Figma/Miro, and experience in healthcare or regulated fields.

As a Senior Content Designer, you like being at the intersection of content and design. You understand that content that's well designed is easy to follow and understandable. As a champion for our users, you organize and present content in a meaningful way. You will draw upon your knowledge of content, design and UX best practices, brand guidelines, accessibility standards and competitive research to simplify the user experience. You will collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, engineering and other stakeholders with occasional direct support from your manager. You may also be called upon to mentor junior colleagues. When you have to show your work, you’ll love the chance to participate and run workshops and design crits.
Education Bachelor or master's degree preferred in the field of Human Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, Technical Writing, English, or Journalism. Extensive work experience, academic work or certifications in user experience fields are also welcome.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
