CVS Health is seeking a Senior Content Designer to shape the user experience at the intersection of content and design. You’ll translate complex health concepts into clear, actionable content and collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to improve journeys across web and app experiences.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in UX writing/design, proficiency with Figma/Miro, and experience in healthcare or regulated fields.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX writing, UX design or content design.
• 2+ years with Agile/lean UX and product management tools.
• Experience in health care, pharmacy or regulated fields.
• Portfolio showing work on digital products and services.
• Strong knowledge of content frameworks and usability terminology.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content.
• Lead content reviews and collaborate with designers, PMs and engineers.
• Create content ecosystems across channels and devices.
• Facilitate workshops and design crits, mentor junior staff.
• Drive user-centered design with enterprise standards.
