Pfizer is seeking an experienced Content Delivery and Insights professional to unlock measurable performance across Pfizer’s promotional content ecosystem. You will translate complex data into executable, quantified recommendations across strategy, content creation, production, and deployment with agency partners.

Role spans U.S. Commercial and International Commercial, working at the intersection of marketing, operations, analytics, and AI-enabled decisioning.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with 6+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry, or MBA/MS with 5+ years in Marketing and technical roles.
• Experience operating & supporting Marketing content technology platforms.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience with Power BI.
• Proven track record of delivering business services.
• Drive for optimization/excellence.
• Delivery of exceptional customer services and experiences.
• Strong team player with learning agility and ability to drive timely results.
• Ability to address conflicts and manage stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides reporting and insights services on Content Platform ecosystems (e.g., Adobe Workfront, GCMA, AEM, Power BI).
• Provides overall reporting analysis for specific business needs – monitors reporting trends, adoption and usage.
• Creates and maintains a foundational catalog of reports and dashboards in Adobe suite and Power BI.
• Guides on creating report variations based on business and agency needs.
• Troubleshoots interpretation issues of reporting metrics.
• Leads unique and complex projects with influence across Biopharma Ops and CMO.
• Identifies multiple solutions or innovative options with direct impact on CMO and Agency performance.
• Exercises foresight and judgment in making complex decisions; acts independently on self-initiated projects.
