Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Content Delivery and Insights leader in the United States to unlock measurable performance and value across Pfizer’s end-to-end promotional content delivery ecosystem. You will leverage data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to identify optimization opportunities across strategy, content creation, production, review, and deployment, partnering with global agency teams.

The role requires extensive experience with Power BI and marketing content technology platforms,

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required with 6+ years of relevant work experience, or MBA/MS with 5+ years in Marketing/technical roles.
Experience operating & supporting Marketing content technology platforms.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Demonstrated experience with Power BI is a must.
Proven track record delivering business services.
Strong drive for optimization and delivery of excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Provides reporting and insights on Content Platform ecosystems (e.g. Adobe Workfront, GCMA, AEM, Power BI).
Provides reporting analysis for specific business needs – monitors trends, adoption and usage.
Creates and maintains dashboards and reports in Adobe tools and Power BI.
Guides creation of report variations based on business and agency needs.
Troubleshoots interpretation issues of reporting metrics.
Leads complex projects with influence across Biopharma Ops and CMO.
Identifies multiple solutions for highly complex problems impacting CMO and Agency performance.
Acts independently on self-initiated projects.
