Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Content & Creator Manager for the North America Marketing team. You will lead content, creator partnerships, influencer activations, and social commerce programs to boost awareness, engagement, and brand growth across the USA and Canada.

Collaborate with category marketing, media, and e-commerce, manage agencies, and drive an always-on social activation calendar with strategic input on trends and platform innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years in creator/influencer marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven experience developing and executing creator, influencer, content, and social activation programs with measurable results.
• Experience leveraging social commerce platforms including TikTok Shop.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, engagement, platforms, content strategy and trends.
• Strong project management, communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management; able to lead multiple priorities.
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional partners in a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute large-scale influencer and creator programs across the USA and Canada.
• Develop influencer and creator strategies, briefs, audience frameworks, and activation plans.
• Provide strategic direction and optimization of creator and influencer recommendations.
• Support development of long-term creator ecosystems to drive engagement and commerce.
• Partner with agencies to deliver influencer programs and maximize ROI.
• Lead development and execution of content activation plans across organic social, creators, and social commerce.
• Own the social content calendar and planning process.
• Partner with marketing and e-commerce teams to support full-funnel demand generation.
• Identify emerging content trends and translate learnings into actionable recommendations.
