Job summary

Rossen Law Firm in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Senior Content Creator to manage and execute high-volume content for the founder's personal brand. You will work in a dedicated studio, producing YouTube long-form, podcasts, and direct-address videos, with same-day social publishing.

You will have formal responsibility for planning shoots, coordinating with top lawyers, and driving live, four-camera setups when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of producing content for one principal with measurable results.
• Experience working for demanding principals (founder/executive/on-camera talent).
• Ability to measure reach and differentiate B2B vs consumer audiences.

Responsibilities

• Two to four blocks per month, three to five hours each, in dedicated studio with YouTube long-form, podcast, and direct address; run of show due 48 hours ahead.
• Attend speaking engagements with a professional camera and microphone; run pop-up podcasts with top lawyers; publish social assets the same day.
• Brief me before high-value private workshops; plan multiple setups and capture on phone when needed; edit after I land.
• Ship deliverables on time; live is the standard; avoid delays in publishing assets.
• Aspire to be second in command and win; communicate confidently in serious rooms with judges and bar leaders.
• Carry yourself well in front of referral sources; understand how to translate ideas without overreacting to every directive.
• Absorb ideas and bring them to weekly reviews; filter and present actionable concepts.
• Shoot solo with three-camera setup; perform multi-cam studio days; you are the in-room operator.
• Perform fast edits, AI-assisted; provide transcript-driven rough cuts; retain ownership of assets moving in 24 hours.
• Own production calendar and accommodate travel; anticipate August schedules.
• Conference travel is part of the job.
