Frankl Kominsky Injury Lawyers is seeking a dynamic Social Media Influencer & Content Creator to expand our online presence in Boynton Beach, FL. You will be the face and voice of our firm, crafting engaging content that explains legal topics accessibly and builds trust with potential clients.

You will lead a full social strategy, create and edit video content, manage multiple platforms, and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a social media influencer or content creator.
• Track record of growing social media audiences.
• Experience creating and editing high‑quality video content.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of branding and audience engagement.
• Ability to analyze social media data and adjust strategies.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing guidelines.
• Event planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow the attorneys, staff, and office life to capture authentic content.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy across platforms to grow visibility.
• Conceptualize, create, and edit engaging video content (short-form and explainer videos).
• Craft captions and written content that explain complex topics clearly.
• Monitor trends and adapt content to maximize engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages.
• Collaborate with marketing to maintain brand consistency.
• Attend events to promote the attorneys and the firm.
