Dordick Law Corporation is seeking a Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator to produce dynamic content for a civil litigation personal injury firm. This on-site role will focus on creating branded video and image content for our social platforms while growing audience engagement and reflecting our mission and values.

Ideal candidates have two+ years in content creation, Canva proficiency, and a data-driven mindset to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' content creation experience, preferably for a law firm.
• Proficient in Canva and basic video editing.
• Strong analytical skills to track content performance.
• Two-year degree required.

Responsibilities

• Create branded content (video and image) for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy for messaging and engagement.
• Assist with social content shoots including camera work, editing, and scheduling.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies per algorithm changes.

The qualified candidates is someone who also thrives in producing innovative content that resonates with a broad audience. This role requires staying up-to-date with firm news and events and creating content that reflects and projects our mission, brand, and successes. This is a full-time on-site position primarily working at our Beverly Hills and DTLA office locations, with some additional travel.

• Experience with viral content, hooks, and algorithm-based strategy.

Salary

$70,000 - $85,000 per year
