Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Senior Associate, Containment to design and deliver temporary infrastructure enabling safe, buildable venues for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. You will adapt international requirements to local practice, moving designs toward construction-ready drawings with a focus on cost efficiency and safety.

The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners, evolving over time, and may include operational duties during peak event periods.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in large infrastructure integration.
• Knowledge of US industry codes and containment activities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams on containment technical design and development across multiple venue and infrastructure sites.
• Adapt IOC requirements to local practice and codes, following established design guides.
• Advance engineering designs toward construction-ready drawings for build and installation.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholder requirements to develop cost-effective, consolidated containment solutions.
• Support venue design books, technical publications, and integrated workplans aligned to the master schedule.
• Role may include operational responsibilities during the Olympic Games.
