Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Manager, Containment to lead the technical design of containment across venues, ensuring cables and infrastructure are safe, organized, and Games-ready. You will collaborate with Broadcast, Energy, Technology, and Venue Development teams to adapt IOC requirements to local practice in assigned venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with large infrastructure integration, including containment.
• Experience with Event Technology, Data Center, or related infrastructure design and installation, with preference for temporary infrastructure and overlay.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering and collaboration tools and software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with key industry codes and practices, and knowledge of containment activities including site preparation, installation, operation, maintenance, removal, and remediation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead containment technical design and development, defining suitable types and formats for existing and fully temporary venues.
• Develop technical engineering design guides and principles, adapting IOC and other stakeholder requirements to local practices.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to develop cost-effective, streamlined containment solutions for Games-time.
• Oversee external resources and manage the review process to meet departmental milestones.
• Collaborate across Broadcast, Energy, Technology, and Venue Development to support requirements and align cable routes.
