Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Data Centered Analytics professional to design, develop, and maintain complex data structures, dashboards, and reports supporting operational and strategic decisions. The role involves leading analyses across contact center, IVR, digital platforms, and workforce management.

You will translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions, collaborate with product, automation, and technology teams, and contribute to data governance and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, product analytics, operations analytics, or a related analytical role.
• 2+ years of experience querying complex systems using SQL and performing data analysis.
• 2+ years of experience using analytical or programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, .NET, M, or DAX.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex data structures, enterprise reports, dashboards, analytic systems, and visualizations for operational and strategic decisions.
• Lead analysis of contact center, IVR, digital, customer, workforce, and system data to identify root causes and quantify business impact.
• Build and enhance reporting using Power BI, SQL, Amazon QuickSight, CloudWatch, and related tools used by the team.
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting or analytical solutions for operations, product, automation, and technology partners.
• Evaluate data sources, validate data quality, and expand data warehouse and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Assist with long-term BI, automation, and operational insight opportunities in partnership with stakeholders.
• Improve reporting standards, documentation, and data governance controls.
