Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and emails from members.
• Process member transactions via telephone requests.
• Provide information/research on account inquiries.
• Promote credit union products and cross-sell services.
• Ensure members are properly charged for services rendered.
• Assist with wires and various transactions as needed.
• Follow BSA/AML/CIP regulations and complete annual compliance training.
• Aim for first-call resolution and high accuracy under deadline pressure.
