Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and underwriting consumer, credit card, mortgage loan applications.
• Review documents and forms in the system.
• Evaluate income, assets, debt ratios, and loan-to-value information.
• Respond to affiliated banks and branch personnel on lending decisions.
• Keep abreast of federal and state lending laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
